Terms of service

Marketplace role
CreditGo coordinates approved capacity, payment, isolated execution, delivery, and settlement. Buyers and suppliers contract with CreditGo for the transaction shown in their private workspace; they do not receive each other’s identity or contact information.
Supplier promises
A supplier must control the capacity listed, be authorized to allocate it through CreditGo, provide accurate reset and availability information, and follow the provider-approved connection process. A supplier must never send passwords, session cookies, API keys, MFA codes, or account credentials.
Buyer promises
A buyer must own or have permission to submit all source and instructions, remove secrets and regulated or production personal data, and use delivered work lawfully. Quotes are based on estimated capacity; the private workspace shows the agreed price before payment.
Payment, delivery, and refunds
PayPal processes payment information. CreditGo confirms funding before allocation, pays the supplier only after accepted delivery, and may pause a payout during review. If execution fails before acceptable delivery, CreditGo refunds the buyer’s captured job payment. Processor timing may affect when a refund appears.
Service limits
AI-generated work can contain errors. Buyers are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing results before production use. CreditGo may reject, stop, or remove abusive, unlawful, unsafe, credential-containing, or provider-noncompliant work.
