What we collect

We collect the name and email you provide, capacity or job details, transaction references, status history, private source/result artifacts, support messages, and security logs. PayPal—not CreditGo—collects card, bank, and payment-account details.

How we use it

We use data to match capacity, execute and deliver jobs, process settlement, prevent abuse, support users, measure marketplace reliability, and comply with valid obligations. Product analytics exclude email addresses, private links, source, and instructions.

Who sees it

Buyer and supplier identities are not shared with each other. Private data is available only to CreditGo’s authorized operations and the processors needed to provide the service, including database, email, storage, sandbox, approved capacity, and payment providers.

Storage and deletion

Private links expire and may be revoked. Source and result artifacts are retained only for delivery, review, dispute, and recovery, then deleted under the configured retention process. Transaction records and immutable status events may be retained longer for accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute history. Reply to any CreditGo email to request access or deletion where applicable.

Security

Private artifacts use non-public object storage and authorized download routes. Execution occurs in disposable isolated environments with restricted networking. Do not upload credentials or secrets.
